We want to take a moment to emphasize that our policies are carefully set in place to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients and to protect the integrity of our business. We deeply value your time and strive to maintain a well-organized schedule to serve you better. By adhering to our policies, you not only help prevent disruptions in our daily operations but also contribute to creating a harmonious environment for everyone.

Respecting our policies, including appointment cancellations with sufficient notice, enables us to accommodate all clients effectively and maintain the highest level of service. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Your support allows us to provide you with the best possible service and ensures that each visit to our establishment is as enjoyable as the last.

  • You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service. If you are not 18 years old, then you can have your parent or guardian schedule an appointment for you. Your parent or guardian will need to be present with you at the first appointment.

    Please do not bring any guest with you to your appointment, unless needed for medical reasons.

    Please do not bring children with you to your appointment.

    Please come with a clean, bare face. If you are wearing makeup it will affect our ability to work quickly and efficiently and can affect the outcome of the results. If you arrive with makeup, you will be charged a $20 makeup removal fee.

    If you arrive with dirty lashes, you will be charged a $15 lash bath fee.

    Clients must have 40% or more lashes remaining AND be within 3 weeks of a full set or fill for it to be considered a fill.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that all clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes.

    • Before 24 Hours: If you choose to cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour mark, you can do so online.

    • Within 24 Hours: If it is 24 hours or less, please text us to let us know. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable; however, being late could result in rescheduling your appointment. Please stay in communication with us if you know you will be arriving late.

    • 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will no longer have enough time to perform the service. If this happens, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

    No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment, it will result in a 100% fee of the service.

    Late Cancellation or No-Show Charges: Following a late cancellation or no-show, the card on file will be charged the appropriate fee. If the card declines, you will be sent an invoice for the amount owed.

    • Unpaid Invoices: If you are sent an invoice, you will be blocked from booking online, and all future appointments will be cancelled until the invoice is paid in full.

  • After-Hours Fee : $15 per 15 minutes past business hours.

    To request an after-hours appointment, please visit our booking website and select the appointment you would like to book. Then, click “Join the waitlist” to customize your preferred date and time. Once submitted, I will reach out to confirm whether I can accommodate your request. Please note that after-hours requests are not guaranteed.

    The after-hours fee may vary for late-night appointments, holidays, or scheduled days off. You will always be notified of any fees before the appointment is accepted.

    All after-hours appointments will adhere to the existing rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies.
